No returns. All cards sales are final. The sale of our modest Pokémon collection is to fund the printing of CHAOS CARDS trading card game.

Although sales are final we may make exceptions.

Damages and issues
Chaos Cards Store is not responsible for lost or damaged orders. We will do our best to protect your cards from the elements. We do not offer protection insurance.

If we decide to make an exception we will notify you and offer a refund or store credit.
